Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about me and the ministry God has graciously entrusted to our church.

I came to faith in Jesus Christ in 1995 and was baptized at Elyria Baptist Church. During my senior year of high school in 1998, I began attending Stoney Ridge Baptist Church, where my relationship with Christ deepened and my commitment to following Him grew stronger. In 1999, I sensed God's calling on my life to preach the Gospel and serve in pastoral ministry.

Over the years, the Lord has provided many opportunities to teach, preach, and serve His people. In 2007, I was ordained by the Lorain-Cuyahoga Conference of Free Will Baptists. My biblical education continues today through Veritas Bible College, reflecting my desire to grow in knowledge and faithfulness to God's Word.

My ministry at Unity Free Will Baptist Church began in 2005, where I have been blessed to serve in several roles, including Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Outreach Pastor, and now Senior Pastor.

God has also allowed me to learn under remarkable mentors. Unity has been blessed with only two pastors over nearly fifty years of ministry. Brother Lester McMahan faithfully served from 1978 to 2006, and Brother Jerry Eugene Crouch carried that legacy forward from 2006 to 2025. In January 2026, I was humbled to receive the mantle of leadership as Senior Pastor.

Following in their footsteps, I share the same passion for the Lord and love for people. Preaching and teaching the Scriptures is both my highest calling and greatest joy. At Unity, you will hear Bible-centered, Christ-exalting messages delivered with conviction, compassion, and enthusiasm. My prayer is that every message challenges, encourages, and equips believers to grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Beyond ministry, I am deeply grateful for the family God has given me. I have been married to my best friend and the love of my life, Kristin, since September 2000. Together we have been blessed with two sons, Levi and Josiah, who love the Lord and seek to serve Him faithfully.
